From May 22- 25, 2015, the International Education Informatics Conference (IEIC), jointly organized by the Chinese Ministry of Education and the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO), took place in Qingdao, east China’s Shandong Province. The China National Exhibition on ICT Application in Education was held at the same time to fully display China’s achievements in education informatics and promote the exchange and cooperation between China and foreign countries in education informatics. Deputy Premier of the State Council Liu Yandong recited the congratulatory letter sent to IEIC by China president Xi Jinping, and delivered a speech at the opening ceremony.

ATA attended this year’s IEIC and its related activities, having fully demonstrated its latest technologies, products and successful cases in the fields of education informatics and e-testing and assessment to several hundred of foreign friends from more than 90 countries including representatives of international organizations and enterprises and senior executives of education departments, as well as nearly 100,000 people including Chinese primary, middle, and vocational schoolmasters, and presidents and deans of colleges and universities.

A total of 92 exhibitors attended this year’s exhibition. Among them, ATA is the only exhibitor engaged in e-testing.

As a professional online assessment product in the era of the Internet, ATA’s e-testing provides educational and training agencies with the cloud platform for self-service test and assessment management and organization. The product fully supports PC, PAD and smart phone, offering various institutions with prompt test creation,organization and management in different scenarios. With independent intelligent property right on the digital item-production technologies, the product provides various educational institutions with a variety of item presentation technologies to meet the test needs of different disciplines in general education, higher education and vocational education. Additionally, the product can collect the whole test process and outcome data and provide test administrators with complete data statistics and analysis, thus effectively improving teaching and learning effects through its advanced testing and assessment technologies. So far, ATA’s e-testing technology and service have been successfully applied in the worldwide tests of Cambridge Young Learners English (CYLE) and of New Concept English of Foreign Language Teaching and Research Press.

Over the past sixteen years, ATA has been focusing on the field of e-testing. Its testing and assessment technology has been widely applied in certification tests, recruitment tests, talent assessment and educational and teaching  assessment in various industries, including IT service, banking, education, securities, insurance, and accounting.

ATA believes that e-testing is a “bus” which connects educators, learners and institutions. At present, in the field of K12 education, ATA has made strategic investment in Master Mind Education, aiming to provide cloud teaching management, flipped classroom and testing and assessment technologies and services to educational and training agencies. In the field of English learning and assessment, ATA offers e-testing technologies and services to CYLE tests worldwide. In the field of vocational capability evaluation, ATA’s assessment products have covered personality inclination test SAVILLE, general capability test EPI, and  career profile APP named "Hello Myself". In terms of vocational training, ATA has joined forces with New Oriental Education & Technology Group (koolearn) and the two companies have jointly developed and launched zhiup.cn, which is an online vocational education site designed to help users obtain professional qualification and better improve themselves in their career development through highly-efficient and effective learning experience by combining online learning and classroom Q&A, with video courses and simulation test.

In the future, ATA will continue to give full play to its core technical capabilities and advantages in the field of e-testing and assessment, hoping to provide more authoritative, convenient, and efficient e-testing and assessment technologies and services to more educational and training agencies, government departments, industry associations, and enterprises and institutions.
