ATA Professions Power Institute successfully held the saloon themed “How to Build a Training System for Corporate Sales Talents”

A client saloon was successfully held by ATA Professions Power Institute in Beijing on May 15th, 2014. The participants had discussions on the topic “How to Build a Training System for Corporate Sales Talents”.

In the first session, Mr. Yang Hua, Director of ATA Professions Power Institute, gave a speech titled “Building a Powerful Sales Team with the Combination of Assessment-driven and O2O”. Then Ms. Mao Xuemei, Senior Consultant of ATA Professions Power Institute, shared her speech titled “From Company Strategy to Sales Execution – Target Personnel Management”. Mr. Yang Hua has over 20 years of experience in sales and team management in large enterprises. Ms. Mao Xuemei has previously served in multiple Global Top 500 Companies and was responsible for sales operation management. The first-hand experience they shared aroused great interests among participants present. Many of the participants stayed after the saloon ended and exchanged ideas. The saloon concluded successfully with active discussions.
