With full line of products including “Testing”, “Assessment” and “Career Capabilities Development”, ATA made its first appearance in HRoot Shanghai, the largest exposition in the HR industry

Sponsored by the professional HR media HRoot, China Human Resource Service Expo 2014 was held in Shanghai on April 16th, 2014. The scale of the exposition was unprecedented with the presence of over 8,000 corporate HR management elites. ATA appeared in the exposition with three major products relating to “Talent Assessment”, “Test Delivery” and “Career Capabilities Development”. In the exposition, Mr. Yang Hua, Director of Professions Power Institute, and Ms. Wang Qiushi, Senior Consultant of ATA Assessment Research Institute, gave speeches titled “How to Establish Corporate Sales Talent Training System” and “Technology and Big Data Enable You to See the Beauty of Assessment” respectively, and shared the latest trends and practical ideas of career capabilities development and talent assessment with the audience.


 


ATA has 15 years of experience in providing talent assessments, recruitment and testing services. Based on such broad experience in serving corporate clients, Professions Power Institute was established by Cheng-Yaw Sun, CEO of ATA, in 2014. The institute has an experienced instructor team which specializes in various levels from strategic planning to individual execution. The instructors all come from senior management of international companies with varieties of practical experience.
