On Nov. 12th, 2010, the signing ceremony of cooperation agreement between ATA and Japanese NAT-TEST was held at the head office of ATA.  Senior management from ATA, Senmon Kyoiku Publishing, Dah Hsin Publishing Group of Japan and other honored guests attended the ceremony.

During the ceremony, Senmon Kyoiku Publishing and Dah Hsin Publishing Group announced the intention to develop NAT-TEST in mainland China in an effort to establish the standard in Japanese language proficiency test in China. ATA will be the test delivery service provider.

NAT-TEST is a Japanese Proficiency Test for learners whose mother tongue is not Japanese.This test has already been launched for over 20 years and tests have been held in Japan, Korea, Mainland China, Hong Kong and Taiwan. NAT-TEST has four levels according to the degree of difficulty including use of vocabularies, listening and reading. NAT-TEST has gained acceptance by the Immigration Bureau of Japan. NAT_TEST plans to hold 6 tests in over 20 cities in mainland China (not including Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan) in 2011. Please check http://www.nat-test.com for details if you are interested.
