ATA and SHL Signed Strategic Partnership

ATA, the leading provider of computer-based assessment services in China, and SHL, the global leader in talent assessment solutions in the workplace, has announced a partnership in a press conference held in Beijing on March 17, 2010, in which ATA becomes the exclusive distributor of SHL assessment products in developing indigenous business in China. The partnership will bring a richer variety of reputable and widely accepted assessment tools to the Chinese Talent Management market with localized resources through ATA’s “HRSelect” platform. HRSelect is a groundbreaking personnel selection solution developed in country to assist enterprises in China to achieve low-cost, high efficiency and accurate talent evaluation and selection. Through intelligent resume analysis, the solution can screen, filter and manage eligible resume data through a process that is flexible, fast and accurate. The core value of HRSelect is the bundling of assessment instruments designed around competency models, providing enterprises with market-leading test services to assess and select the right candidates, to systematically reduce the risk of wrong hiring. With this strategic alliance between ATA and SHL, more than 20 SHL assessment solutions will be integrated into “HRSelect” in the coming months. There have been over 50,000 registered HRSelect users since the platform was launched a year ago and significant growth is expected with integration of widely-accepted assessment tools in the future.
