ATA Attends 2016 Tech^HR Conference

Fair and Precise Talent Assessment and Selection Service Captures Attention

On March 30, HR Technology and Service Conference (Tech^HR) 2016 was held in Shanghai Tower. The conference  brought together more than 2,000 HR managers, heads in charge of e-HR and elites of HR industry from leading enterprises such as Baidu, Tencent, Alibaba, DiDi, China Unicom, ABB, SAP, and Huawei. The participants gathered here to address the latest trend in HR industry, gain insight into the factors of potential changes, and witness the launching of the latest HR service and technology. As a sponsor for Tech^HR, ATA attended the forum and exhibition throughout the conference, and fully demonstrated its integrated solution for selecting and recruiting talents, as well as eztest, an online testing product based on cloud computing and Internet.  

 

 

Co-sponsored by HRoot and China Association for Human Resource Information Technology (e-HR Association), the conference focused on five major themes: social network, service sharing, information technology, big data analysis and new product launch . During the conference, senior HR managers from Baidu, Alibaba and Tencent (BAT)delivered speeches to share their views on how to create new management model, improve corporate eco-environment and promote constant progress and development in organizations with the help of information technology. They also provided insight into the future trend of HR management. Meanwhile, a roundtable forum themed “When HR Meets the Internet” was organized by six companies (i.e., Alibaba, Baidu, Tencent, Baosteel, SAIC-GM and FESCO Adecco) to discuss the new challenges and new thinking brought by the Internet Era to HR sector, and to launch the latest ecosystem of HR sector. 

 

 

During the event, the fair and precise concept about talent assessment and selection service of ATA, as well as eztest, its new Internet-based online product, became the focus of heated discussion by major Internet enterprises. With a new cloud-based online recruitment testing model and the new and highly-efficient testing concept that “Everybody can use”, eztest developed by ATA attracted much attention of HR managers and administrators, and online recruitment successfully emerges as a new “blue sea” market.

 

It is reported that eztest aims to advance innovation and reform of the existing recruitment system, streamline the complex process of recruitment, and promote the full platform-based online recruitment testing system by adopting the model of “Internet + recruitment”. eztest can be deployed on all terminals of PCs, mobile phones and pads. Candidates do not need to download applications or APP software. What they need is just a test permit number, or they can sit for the online test by scanning their QR codes. In terms of HR organization and operation, eztest  helps streamline the organization of recruitment tests, reduce the management costs and other requirements to its minimum. As for the requirements of candidates, eztest provides enhanced experience of recruitment testing process. At present, eztest has been selected in campus recruitment, talent selection and recruitment as well as employee assessment by many companies, including Linkedin, Lenovo, Canon, China Minsheng Banking Corp. Ltd., CPIC, and China UnionPay, to name just a few.  

 

Today, recruitment and employment have become a hot topic of the society. The employment of fresh graduates from institutions of higher learning has also been highlighted in the Two Sessions held in China this year. While ATA taps into the service market of precise selection of talents, the online recruitment model represented by eztest of ATA heralds the new era of talent recruitment and selection.
