ATA Participated in China Human Resource Service Expo 2015 in Guangzhou

As a leading test and assessment service provider, ATA participated in China Human Resource Service Expo 2015 in Guangzhou on November 12. The enterprises taking part in the exposition, which totaled 60, provided over 6,000 HR managers, experts and purchasers with on-site consultation, services, solutions and product presentations. It was reported as the last HR conference to be held in the year of 2015.

 

For enterprise HR managers attending the conference, this exposition provided an ideal platform for them to learn about the latest information and future trend of HR industry, and the experience of clients and the opinions of industrial experts. The platform also enabled HR managers to communicate with experts and advisors from HR service providers so that they can gain insights of the industry, learn at early times about new technologies, new services, new products and solutions, best practices and new trends in the industrial. It also provided HR managers in China with a best opportunity to select the best HR service providers, so that HR managers can select suitable partners for their enterprises. With the development of the emerging digital information business models based on big data and cloud computing in recent years, enterprise HR managers are no longer satisfied with the traditional and complicated ways of seeking prospective employees. They are willing to try to use new system to streamline the process of employment and recruitment in order to improve their work efficiency.  

 

 

During the conference ATA made two keynote speeches, each of which attracted throngs of attendees. Many attendees actively interacted with ATA. The speeches were themed with on-campus employment, a topic to which high importance is placed by enterprises. ATA introduced its concept of “customized” testing service and technology specially developed for on-campus employment. Such a concept opens a new horizon for the present on-campus employment testing mode, greatly capturing the attention of the attendees. Four well-known enterprises presented the cases of using “Eztest” in their on-campus testing, which aroused interests of the HR managers attending the meeting and caught their undivided attention. 

 

 

During the exposition, ATA introduced again eztest—its online employment product to the attendees. In this age of big data, the “customized” mobile online testing and employment system enables the HRs of all enterprises to experience the convenience and efficiency of the new technology brought to their work.

 

Since its formal release into the market by ATA in July 2015, “eztest” has been widely used by a large number of clients and is highly reputed. It has been used as the platform for on-campus employment and internal examination by well-known enterprises such as Lenovo, Canon, China UnionPay and CPIC. In less than four months, nearly one thousand enterprises have registered with eztest, dozens of enterprises have used eztest in on-campus employment, and over 100,000 person (times) have sat for eztest. Eztest was highly recognized by the attendees of the meeting and the meeting place was filled beyond its capacity. All the attendees carefully listened to the speeches themed with “customized” mobile online test. Such a testing mode is specially designed and developed for on-campus employment. During the meeting, all the attendees could get on eztest and register themselves with the testing system. In this way they could immediately have first hand experience of mobile online testing.
