On March 12th, 2011, Bank of China branch in Jiangsu launched its “IT Blueprint Test” in 4 different cities in Jiangsu province. ATA provided its one-stop services including technical platform, test administration and delivery, test site central monitoring, score processing and data analysis of the test.

“IT Blueprint Program” is a large IT system and a BPR (Business Process Reengineering) strategic program in Bank of China headquarter. The “IT Blueprint Test” is designed to assess employees’ operating skill and proficiency level in using the new business system. Both Bank of China headquarter and the branches placed high emphasis on the test.
