The campus recruitment campaign of  well known corporations has been rolled out in this spring season. As the Chinese job market is becoming increasingly competitive, recruiters are not only getting more stringent in talent selection, but also more inclined to use advanced technologies to reduce workload and increase efficiency.

In February, Bank of China headquarter launched its campus recruitment in 6 provinces nationwide.
