On June 19, 2010, the Third Selection Examination for Outstanding Dispatched Employees of Bank of China (BOC) took place in 68 cities across China. This test was sponsored by Bank of China as a way to select outstanding employees to be sent to key positions. Candidates must have at least three years experience in BOC and excellent job appraisals. As the sponsor requires that the test should minimize the impact to the daily work of the candidate employees, the examination was arranged to be taken place in the evening. This has been the first time that ATA administers a large-scale test during night time. Special arrangement and contingency plans were made to tackle the situation to ensure the success of the exam.
ATA provided technology platform, operation services, test center monitoring, and data analysis services to the test. The services of ATA were highly appreciated by the authority of BOC and the test takers.
