The Qualification Test for the Post of On-Site Professionals in Housing and Urban-Rural Construction Field was held smoothly in Sichuan and Guizhou Provinces on October 22 and 23, after the test was successfully held in Gansu, Heilongjiang, and Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region.

The test on October 22 and 23 was the first time that the Qualification Test for the Post of On-Site Professionals in Housing and Urban-Rural Construction Field takes on the form of computer-based testing. The entire process from registration to testing and scoring is computer-based, and scores are given as soon as candidates submit their test forms, making the test more open, fair and transparent. The test was created from the national item bank and was held for the first time in Guizhou province. Qualification certificates were issued to those who had passed the test. The exam has helped raise the professional competency of the personnel holding the certificate and increased the value of the certificate.

The post training and assessment work for on-site professionals in the housing and urban-rural development field is a major task carried out by the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development and an important work under the new situation for promoting the industrialized development of the building industry and raising the construction quality and management level.

Since the beginning of this year, ATA has carried out cooperation with several provinces and cities in transforming the test from a paper-based to computer-based test and has succeeded in this move, and has helped enhancing the efficiency of test organization and delivery and ensured the fairness and justice of the test. ATA is keeping close contact with the competent departments of each province to advance the transformation and implementation of the test.
