Beijing, China, July 18, 2016 -- ATA Inc. ("ATA" or the "Company", Nasdaq: ATAI), a leading provider of advanced testing technologies and testing-related services in China, today announced that the Board of the Company’s wholly-owned subsidiary ATA Online (Beijing) Education Technology Co., Ltd. (“ATA Online”) has approved a strategic investment plan in Beijing Puhua Huitong Education Technology Co., Limited (“Puhua”), which will be expected  to collaborate with the Open University of China  on the degree and non-degree education programs.

Additional information about the strategic investment in Puhua will be provided at a later date upon the execution of the official agreement.
