ATA appears in the HR industry summits in Shanghai and Shenzhen

- The concept of “Assessment-Driven Learning” draws considerable discussions

On May 8th 2014, the 2014 Training Magazine China Summit, a distinguished event in the HR industry, was held in Shanghai. Invited by the sponsor, senior consultants and experts from ATA attended the summit. On the same day, 2014 HRoot China HR Service Expo was held in Shenzhen. ATA, as a senior HR service provider, presented the three major products relating to “Talent Assessment”, “Test Delivery” and “Career Competence Development” to over 4,000 participants on the conference. ATA, with its new products, services and concept developed based on “Assessment-Driven Learning”, attracted considerable attention and discussions from the HR professionals in Shanghai and Shenzhen.



In the past 15 years, ATA has been dedicated to helping corporate HR departments assess and improve the competence of their employees. On the 2014 Training Magazine China Summit held in Shanghai, Mr. He Ting, Senior Consultant of ATA Professions Power Institute, gave a speech titled “How to Establish a Systematic Sales Capability”. Sales training has been the priority of talent development for enterprises. In today’s fierce competition, how to improve the capability of the sales team has become a concerned topic for HR departments and even the senior management of enterprises. By introducing the “Five-element Sales Improvement System”, Mr. He Ting hoped to help enterprises build a more powerful sales team and enhance the general capability, thus significantly improve the sales performance. In the roundtable conference session “Talent Training and Development”, Mr. Bennie Lin, Senior Consultant of ATA, served as the moderator and discussed the current status, opportunities and challenges of talent development in enterprises in the mobile Internet age with industry leaders from Microsoft and HP Business School. Their remarkable ideas and innovative concepts drew applause from the participants.

 


On the same day, ATA appeared in the 2014 HRoot China HR Service Expo Shenzhen with three major products relating to “Talent Assessment”, “Test Delivery” and “Career Competence Development”. A total of 4089 HR elites including HR directors, HR managers, middle and senior corporate management personnel, general managers and purchasing personnel attended the expo. It was ATA’s first high-profile appearance in the south of China, attracting tremendous attention. ATA’s booth was crowded with people asking for information and discussing potential business opportunities.


 


During the expo, Mr. Sun Yue, Vice-president of ATA, gave a speech titled “The Application of Cloud Assessment Technology in Campus Recruitment”. In the speech he showed ATA’s capability in talent assessment, test delivery and campus recruitment, and explained how to apply powerful and accurate assessment tools in campus recruitment to screen universities and students.




Mr. Yang Hua, Director of ATA Professions Power Institute, gave a speech on “How to Build the Corporate Sales Talent Training System”. Mr. Yang Hua has over 20 years of experience in management and sales. He has previously served in multiple Global Top 500 Companies and had an outstanding performance. The information he shares has always been on point and is able to reveal the deficiency of HR’s training on sales. His presentation of the concept of integrating assessment with training was very beneficial to the audience and resonated among corporate senior executives and HR executives present.



“Assessment-Driven Learning” is a new talent development concept proposed by ATA. It aims to apply ATA’s world leading assessment tools in talent selection, employment, training and maintenance, and enable campus recruitment, social recruitment, talent training, internal evaluation and promotion to be conducted with specific objectives, which will help companies improve the competence of their employees generally and effectively.
