On September 24th 2011, ATA, as a third party computer-based testing services provider, signed services contract with the Public Security Bureau of Changsha, Hu’nan Province to provide its one-stop testing services for the Security Guard National Qualification test.

On the same day, the first trial test, in which 120 security guards from several security service agencies in Changsha participated, was successfully conducted at Changsha Security Guard Testing Center. ATA’s professional services and efficient test delivery were highly acclaimed by the authorities.

The authority of Hu’nan Province paid great attention to the quality of administration of the qualification test and certificate licensing for security guards. Based on the “Regulation on the Administration of Security and Guarding Services” issued by the State Council and the guideline “Measures for the Public Security Organs to Implement the Regulation on the Administration of Security and Guarding Services” issued by the Ministry of Public Security, the government of Hu’nan province introduced specific measures to implement the policies for this qualification and set up pricing guidelines for the test fees in order to lay a good foundation for the implementation of various related tasks for the Security Guard National Qualification test.

The formal test is scheduled to be conducted from October 2011 onwards. With the success of the trial test, ATA will prepare for the formal test under the guidance of Changsha Public Security Bureau to ensure smooth administrations.
