ATA Decodes the Trend of Talent Recruitment in Financial Industry

ATA attended the “3rd Summit of Human Resources Management in Financial Industry” to share its recruitment experience in this industry.

On May 26, ATA (ATA Online) was invited to attend the “3rd Summit of Human Resources Management in Financial Industry” in Shanghai as the leading testing and assessment service provider. This summit, sponsored by the Shanghai University of Finance and Economics, and organized and executed by the China Human Resources Union (HR union), taking the theme “the changes in the human resources management in financial industry spurred by the ‘Internet +’ and ‘big data technology’”, pooled together the financial industry’s human resources management elites to discuss the development and challenges of the human resources management in financial industry.

 

 

More than 300 corporate executives and elites in financial industry were present at the summit. LuoYuding, dean of the College of Business of the Shanghai University of Finance and Economics, Liu Xinyi, president of the Shanghai Pudong Development Bank, Zhang Yuliang, the inspector-general of LinkedIn China’s financial industry, Sun Guowei, dean of the Wealth Management Institute of Industrial Securities, executive director and general manager of the management consulting company of Industrial Securities and Sun Yue, ATA vice president were invited to deliver a keynote speech at the summit.

 

 

In his keynote speech, Sun Yue, ATA vice president, shared with the participants about ATA’s accumulated experience in providing campus recruitment and talent assessment service for the enterprises in financial industry, decoded the trend of talent recruitment in this industry and gave an all-round introduction on ATA’s overall solution to campus recruitment testing & assessment for enterprises, winning wide recognition and attention from the participants. Human resources executives were also attracted from financial sectors such as banking, insurance, securities, leasing industry and financial Internet to analyze and discuss the human resources management from different perspectives.
