ATA Attends the Human Resources Management Summit of Financial Industry

E- Testing Products and Services in “Internet Plus” Era Trigger Strong Interest

The ‘2015 Financial Industry Human Resources Management Summit’took place in Shanghai Pudong Sheraton Hotel on May 28. The summit was jointly organised by HRunion, Oracle Bay, College of Business at Shanghai University of Finance and Economics,  and the Shanghai Financial Association.

 


The summit brought together more than 300 human resources managers from more than 100 corporations in financial sectors, including banking, securities, insurance, fund and investment. ATA attended this summit as the only diamond sponsor. Mr. Sun Yue, vice president of ATA, delivered a keynote speech titled “New trends in campus recruitment for the financial industry’. He also introduced the  e-testing products and services that ATA has provided for corporations in the financial industry in recent years, and shared some real cases from ATA’s campus recruiting for large financial institutions such as ICBC. By  combining the new changes that have emerged in the skill-sets of current university graduates, the new features and requirements of campus recruitment for financial companies, as well as the new technologies and applications in the “Internet Plus” era, Mr. Sun comprehensively and systematically presented ATA’s new e-testing products and services in “Internet Plus” era. His speech, which highlighted the “pains” of human resources managers in the financial industry, trigeerred strong responses and interests from the participants.

The Summit was also attended by many human resources leaders in the financial industry. Mr. Luo Yuding, Director of the College of Business at Shanghai University of Finance and Economics, and Mr. Hao Xiangjun, Secretary of the Shanghai Financial Association, delivered opening addresses at the plenary session. Some other participants also shared their experiences in human resources management. These people included: Mrs. Shi Hongxin, Vice President of Sinolink Securities and President of Sinolink Innovative Investment Co.,Ltd. ; Mrs. Chen Ke, General Manager of Human Resources at Cigna & CMB; Mrs. Song Haiying, Executive Director of Sino Credit and Chairman of the Board of Hua Yue Software; Mr. Liu Jie , General Manager of Human Resources Department and Director of the Training Department at China Construction Bank Shanghai Branch; Mr. Sun Fang, Director of the Bank of Communications Head Office, amongst others.

 

 

Subsequently, at a forum themed  ’Linking together the motivation mechanism and human resources retention’, other distinguished guests shared their experiences, such as Sun Qing, General Manager of Human Resources at Everbright Securities; Wu Qingmei, Vice President of Tebon Securities; Ma Duansheng, Vice President of Human Resources at China Merchant Bank Credit Card; Xu Nuo, Director of Human Resources at Hua An Fund; Zhang Ting, General Manager of Human Resources at Five Bulls Fund; and Tang Hui, General Manager of Human Resources at Pingan Bank Shanghai.  

 

 

The overall environment for the financial industry in 2015 calls for immediate transformation. New financial industries are emerging, and online finance is penetrating into people’s life, thus launching the ‘onscreen’ financial age. At present, China’s financial industry has entered a new normal state. The law-based development of the financial sector is being enhanced, and the needs to be integrated with international norms have become more urgent.
