ATA attended HRoot Beijing with three major products, drawing attention from HR practitioners in Northern China.

ATA, as an eminent HR service provider, attended 2014 HRoot China HR Service Expo Beijing on June 27th, 2014. Previously, ATA received positive response and extensive interests from HR practitioners in HRoot Expo Shanghai and Shenzhen. The participation in the Beijing session allows ATA to be connected with HR managers and industry partners in the Northern China region.

 

 

A total of 7,745 HR directors, HR managers, middle and senior corporate management personnel from across the country attended the expo. ATA’s booth was crowded with people asking for information about ATA’s three major products – “Talent Assessment”, “Test Delivery”, and “Career Competence Development”.

 

 

ATA’s talent assessment service was launched in 2000. After 14 years of accumulation, ATA’s norm database has included over 5 million objects with an annual growth of over 1 million. Test delivery service is the foundation of ATA’s establishment and development. With 15 years of experience in test delivery, ATA has provided professional services for administrations of tens of millions of tests sponsored by government agencies and corporate clients through a delivery network of over 3,000 test centers across the country. ATA has the capability to administer large-scale offline computer-based tests across the country and worldwide. In addition, ATA’s online testing system, leveraging on innovative technologies including the Internet, cloud computing and big data, enables even more flexible and efficient test administrations for corporate clients, which has been constantly used in campus recruitments, social recruitments, internal promotion assessments and other tests in the HR field by multiple Global 500 Companies.

One of the highlight sessions in the exposition was the “Sales Competency Development System” presented by Professions Power Institute. The institute was established by Cheng-Yaw Sun and has a team of experienced instructors who come from senior management of international companies with extensive practical experience and specialize in various levels from strategic planning to individual performance. The system, with the integration of a variety of trainings and rigorous assessment products, enables corporate HR departments to conduct targeted training, supervise the training process and quantize training results, which will practically help companies improve the competence of their employees in an optimized manner.
