ATA successfully administered the 2014 campus recruitment examination of China Unicom in Beijing on December 15th. ATA provided professional testing services including exam delivery and score processing.

ATA worked closely with Beijing Unicom and conducted considerable preparation work specifically for the exam. EPI (Employability Profile Inventory), a competence assessment product which evaluates the candidate’s basic employability, was adopted as the exam content. The result of EPI reflects the candidate’s basic employment skills and predicts their future employment competitiveness efficiently. As for exam administration, ATA assigned experienced invigilators, technicians, coordinators and supervisors to each exam site to ensure smooth progress of work in various aspects. In the mean time, the whole testing process in each exam room was monitored and recorded to ensure fairness, impartiality and seriousness.
