ATA administered the 2011 unified national test for ICBC Supplemental Campus Recruitment

On April 23, Industrial and Commercial Bank of China Limited (ICBC) launched its unified national test for supplemental campus recruitment in 19 provinces and 21 cities across the country. The test leveraged ATA’s one-stop services including technologies, test administration and delivery, score processing and data analysis.

 

To meet the business needs  of ICBC, the unified national test was targeted at fresh graduates of 2011. The written parts of the test consist of assessments on professional competencies, general knowledge and English skills, which leveraged on TOEIC’s reading items so as to objectively examine the occupational English proficiencies of the candidates.

 

With the rapid development of financial industry in recent years, financial sectors such as banking and securities have enjoyed increasing popularity in the employment market with its promising career future and high pay. As a Fortune 500 company and the largest commercial bank in China, , the standards used by ICBC in its recruitment tests reflects to a certain extent the market demands on talent quality and competencies in the financial sector.
