Recently, ATA signed official contract with the Public Security Bureau of Guizhou Province. ATA will provide comprehensive third-party computer-based testing services including test center management, testing technologies, test delivery, score processing and data analysis.

The standardization of the management of security staff and security service market is highly valued by the Public Security Bureau of Guizhou Province. In accordance to the “Regulation on the Administration of Security and Guarding Services” released by the State Council and the “The Measures for the Public Security Organs to Implement the Regulation on the Administration of Security and Guarding Services” released by the Ministry of Public Security, preparation of the Security Guard Qualification Test and the issuanc of certificates began in January this year. According to the actual characteristics of the security staff and the security service industry in Guizhou Province, the Public Security Bureau of Guizhou Province was a pioneer in attempting to apply computer-based test to the Security Guard National Qualification Test. The early five trial tests validated the advancement, reliability and security of ATA’s testing technologies and system platform, as well as ATA’s testing service including test delivery, organizing and management. The trials also optimized the work flow of the whole process,  coordinated the division and collaboration among the provincial public security department, city public security bureau and ATA corporation. The form of computer-based test was approved by the principals from each institution and the candidates. ATA’s thorough testing solutions, advanced testing technologies, mature testing system, professional test delivery and delicate testing services were highly spoken of. All of above made ATA the organizer of the Security Guard National Qualification Test.

In line with the requirements and the uniform deployment of the Public Security Bureau of Guizhou Province, the first test after the signing will be held in the recent period. In order to ensure a flawless test, ATA has had special-assigned staff make detailed test organizing, delivery and technical support solutions and conduct comprehensive tests on the delivery system.

Currently, there are more than 70,000 security staff in Guizhou Province, among which over 15,000 are on the job in Guiyang. In the next stage, ATA will be working closely with the Public Security Bureau of Guizhou Province in the planning, organizing and deployment of the test program to ensure a successful Security Guard National Qualification Test, making its due contribution for testing and certificate licensing for all the security staff in Guizhou Province by the end of 2011.
