Online Testing Platform “eztest” Captures Attention at the Event

On April 12, the third session of the 2016 HR Technology and Service Conference (Tech^HR) was held in Beijing, creating a grand annual reunion for professionals from Beijing’s HR industry.

 

 

This conference brought together 1,598 HR managers, heads of e-HR, and industry elites from both domestic and foreign leading enterprises, who discussed the factors of potential changes in HR industry, the latest industry trends of technological reform, as well as the future development of HR management.

 

As a sponsor of Tech^HR, ATA attended the forum and exhibition throughout the conference and fully demonstrated its integrated solution on talents selection and recruitment and “eztest”, an online testing product based on cloud computing and Internet.

 

Co-sponsored by HRoot and China Association for Human Resource Information Technology (e-HR Association), the conference focused on five major themes: social network, service sharing, information technology, big data analysis and new product launch.

 

During the conference, senior HR managers from Baidu, Alibaba and Tencent (BAT) delivered speeches to share their views on how to create new management model and improve corporate eco-environment with the help of the employee-focused e-HR system. They also provided insight into the future development trend of HR management in the era of the Internet, “cloud”, “big data”, and challenges brought by social media to the traditional HR industry.

 

Meanwhile, a roundtable forum themed “When HR Meets the Internet” was organized by six companies (i.e., Alibaba, Baidu, Tencent, Baosteel, SAIC-GM and FESCO Adecco) to discuss the new challenges and new thinking brought by the Internet Era to HR sector, and also launch the latest ecosystem of HR sector.

 

 

During the event, ATA’s fair and precise concept about talent assessment and selection service fit in perfectly with the urgent demands of the Internet-based companies. Meanwhile, “eztest”, an online testing product developed by ATA for the era of the Internet Plus, has attracted even more attention from HR managers and administrators.

 

As a new cloud-based online recruitment testing model, eztest has been developed to promote the new and highly-efficient testing concept of “Accessible to all”. So far, Linkedin, Lenovo, Cannon and many other world-famous enterprises have selected ATA’s eztest to deploy campus recruitment, talent selection and recruitment, and employee assessment.
