The 2015’H2 Primary Vocational Qualification Test of Banking Professionals was carried out in 225 cities across China on October 31st and November 1st; and the Secondary Vocational Qualification Test of Banking Professionals – the first time ever this year – was also conducted in 62 cities on October 31st. According to the Memorandum of Understanding on Reciprocal Recognition of Professional Qualification signed between China Banking Association and Hong Kong Institute of Bankers, the examination on Laws and Regulations and Comprehensive Capabilities of Banking Industry was simultaneously held in Hong Kong on November 1st.

On the afternoon of October 31st, the Vocational Qualification Test of Banking Professionals Office organized a test patrol workshop in Beijing, in which deputy directors from Qualification Test Offices of Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security (MoHRSS), China Banking Regulatory Commission (CBRC), Industrial & Commercial Bank of China (ICBC), Postal Savings Bank of China (PSBC), and China CITIC Bank were present to hear the special work report of 2015’H2 Vocational Qualification Test of Banking Professionals, watched the test center monitoring video of all cities, and paid a visit to the patrol work in Beijing area, led by Li Jinsheng, Deputy Director of Special Technology Department of MoHRSS, and Jie Hongwei, Executive Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of CBRC.

In an effort to strengthen the test organization work, get to know more about the test centers, have a good control of the disciplines at the test centers, and implement the test work in a concrete manner, a number of patrol teams consisting of CBRC officials, staff of China Banking Association and its institute have been dispatched to cities like Shanghai, Tianjin, Heilongjiang, Liaoning, Shandong, Sichuan, Shaanxi, Shanxi, Hubei, Yunnan, Inner Mongolia, and Hainan to supervise and patrol the tests on the sites.
