ATA Attends “China Human Capital Forum (Yantai)” with Efficient Talents Recruitment and Selection Services

On September 22, 2015, China Human Capital Forum 2015 (Yantai), jointly sponsored by Shandong Yantai Human Resources Service Industrial Park Zone and China’s largest HR media company HRoot, took place at Wanda Vista Yantai. The Forum brought together 1,000 professionals including CEOs, presidents, general managers, directors, HR presidents, HR directors and HR managers. As China’s leading test assessment service provider, ATA was also invited to attend this event.

 

The Forum focused on the new economic situation in China, aiming at introducing the world’s most advanced HR management practices and raising the overall HR management and service level in the Bohai-Rim region. Reportedly, this is the first time that a professional forum gathering the HR service institutions around China has been held in the coastal city of Yantai, thus building a good platform for communication and exchange for enterprises in Yantai and Shandong Peninsula. Deputy Mayor of Yantai attended the Forum and delivered a speech at the event.

Data label and attributes embedded in the results and process of test assessment will make enterprise talent recruitment, learning & training, and talent development more scientific and efficient in future. The Forum has provided a broad and excellent platform to Yantai’s HR service market and for enterprises in Yantai and Shandong Peninsula to expand their horizon and strengthen exchange,” said Mr. Sun Yue, Vice President of ATA, during an interview.

 

At the roundtable sub-forum titled “Efficient talents recruitment and selection”, Mr. Sun Yue discussed and shared with General Manager of Strategic Business, LinkedIn, President and CEO of Career International, President of OurATS, and Co-Founder of FACT, on the topic “talents recruitment and selection in the era of big data and mobile internet”. In regard to the development of human resources industry affected by internet thinking, Mr. Sun Yue said, “The HR service industry will be profoundly converged with the internet and big data in future, and test assessment is the baseline for current and future enterprise recruitment, talent management, as well as industry and talent development.”
