On July 23, ATA was invited to attend the HRoot China Human Resources Service Expo in Chengdu. E-test, the “tailor-made” mobile-based online testing and recruitment solution presented by ATA at the expo, as well as the keynote speeches by its representatives won high recognition from the audience.This exposition was said to be the largest one for human resources service suppliers in Southwest China. It brought together senior executives from 400 domestic and foreign human resources companies of various sizes, as well as head hunting, training, consulting, business process outsourcing and assessment service suppliers, who provided on-site demo of consulting, business solutions and displayed a range of products to more than 30,000 HR managers, experts and purchasers who attended the exposition.

 

Meanwhile, this exposition provided a good platform for HR managers to learn about the latest trends and solutions of the industry, listen to the experience of the practitioners as well as the opinions of the experts. The HR managers also carried out in-depth exchange of ideas with the experts and consultants of human resources service suppliers, and learned about their new technologies, services, products & solutions, as well as their best practice and the latest trend of the industry. It presented an opportunity for Chinese HR managers to choose the best human resources service suppliers and the partners suitable for their business growth.

 

In recent years, with the development of new information-based business models such as big data, cloud computing, HR managers are no longer contented with the traditional complex recruitment procedures. It was reported that the participants listening to the speeches exceeded the capacity of the conference hall.
