The Sixth International Forum on Recruitment Innovation was held in Shenzhen on July 16, 2015. HRD (HR directors) from more than 200 well-known enterprises attended the forum, including Global Recruitment Director of Hai’er, HR Director of Tencent, Recruitment Director of Google Asia Pacific, Vice President of HR from Samsung Asia Pacific, Employer Brand Director of IBM, Recruitment Director of KPMG, and Global Recruitment Director of Johnson Electric. As China’s leading education and testing service provider, ATA was also present at the forum.

 

With rapid development of the mobile Internet, recruitment technologies are also upgrading by leaps and bounds, which has, to some degree, made it more difficult for recruiters to keep track of the latest trends in recruitment, introduce new projects, or differentiate recruitment ideals from the reality. The purpose of the International Forum on Recruitment Innovation is to satisfy the needs of those recruiters, who are ambitious yet extremely busy, for new technologies, new concepts and new inspirations.

This year, ATA brought its cloud-based online testing platform (www.eztest.org), the latest product of the recruitment industry to the forum themed “Recruitment Innovation”.
